Policies

• All rooms can accommodate a maximum of two people. If parties arrive with extra people, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.

• Maine state lodging tax is 9%.

• A two-night minimum may be required.

• We require a deposit of two nights per room to reserve. Cancellation fee is $50 if outside of two weeks notice. If less than two weeks, the full deposit will be charged.

• Deposits may be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

• The property is able to accommodate children of ages ten years and up.

• We are a smoke-free inn. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.

• Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm. Failure to arrive by 8pm on day of scheduled arrival without previous arrangement will result in loss of reservation and deposit.

• No adjustments to the bill will be made for early check outs or late check ins. Guests are responsible for all nights they book.

• Breakfast, wine and cheese, all facilities and property is for use by guests only.
